A criminal case was opened on the fact of the arson of the car of the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Kirov, Arthur Abashev, in accordance with Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code ('Deliberate destruction or damage to property of others committed for hooligan reasons').
