On September 14, a rock caving occurred at the Yarega-Neft mine near Ukhta. According to preliminary data of RIA Novosti, one miner died.
The caving occurred during the tunneling works, there were 109 people at that time.
13 peopleof the Ukhta militant mine rescue team and 13 units of equipment, as well as the operational group of the Ukhta fire and rescue garrison work at the site. The body of the deceased has already been raised to the surface. The mine returned to the normal operating mode, the indicators of methane and carbon dioxide are normal. The investigators started a pre-investigation check.
The Yarega-Neft mine is a part of the Lukoil structure.
