The court fined Deputy Chairman of PARNAS, head of the Ryazan branch of the party Yuri Bogomolov 2 thousand rubles for the publication of a photo collage on VK, depicted Stirlitz with the face of the politician Alexey Navalny and fascist with the face of Premier Dmitry Medvedev.
According to Bogomolov, the collage depicts 'famous shot from the movie 'Seventeen Moments of Spring', where our beloved spy Stirlitz glasses head of a fascist bastard. But Stirlitz looks like Navalny, and a fascist bastard looks like Medvedev. Even if you agree with the fact that it is Medvedev who is wearing a fascist uniform, then I can rightly call him a fascist.'
Bogomolov added that he did not go to the court sessions on purpose.
The police offered Bogomolov to learn the materials of the case on July 7, which he also refused and wrote that he would not go anywhere at the call of servants of crooks and thieves. Then he linked the opening of the administrative case for 'public demonstration of Nazi symbols' with the fact that before that he had published criticism of the Federal Security Service (FSB) in his social accounts.
In September 2016, Bogomolov already had conflict with the Center for Combating Extremism. The case 'For insulting the representative of power' was opened against the oppositionist. The reason was a critical publication addressed to the judge, who recognized a single picket of Bogomolov against the construction of the city park illegal.
