A conscript soldier from the Perm region died in one of the military units of the Murmansk region

Military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of Russia confirmed the information about the tragedy and reported that a criminal case is initiated.
“Unfortunately, such stories are not uncommon in the Russian units,” a head of the Soldiers' Mothers of St. Petersburg and a member of the Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights Ella Polyakova said. “However, in most cases, the perpetrators escape punishment, and the official version of the incident is a suicide”.
