A woman in Ufa, rushing home, tried to run across the road in front of Putin’s motorcade. A police officer tackled her to the ground and restrained her by twisting her arms. The incident was captured on video and shared by the Telegram channel Ufa_rb on October 17.

The woman attempted to sprint across a bridge, but a police officer tackled her to the ground and twisted her arms. Witnesses claim the officer also beat her, though this is not shown in the video. The woman was hurrying home to her children after work.

Under the video, 7x7 discovered a comment from Arslan Asylbayev, an aide to the chairman of the "People's Control" public council, a project of United Russia. He wrote that during Putin’s motorcade, law enforcement "must act as if in the worst-case scenario" and that "such measures are justified by the high value of the protected individual."

Putin arrived in Ufa on October 17 to attend the "Russia – A Sporting Nation" forum. Roads were closed for residents, and the city faced severe traffic jams due to the security cordons.
