On October 25, police questioned 15-year-old Sevastyan Sultanov in a criminal case of vandalism, reported Dmitry Rumyantsev, head of the Tatarstan division of the Civic Initiative party.

Sevastyan Sultanov was questioned regarding an incident of vandalism motivated by political hatred (Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). His exact status in the case has not been disclosed. According to Dmitry Rumyantsev, Sultanov may also face criminal charges for terrorism (Article 205 of the Criminal Code).

"There is also the prospect of invoking the severe Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organizing activities of an extremist organization). However, this cannot apply to Sevastyan because he is only 15 years old," Rumyantsev wrote.

On October 22, agents from the Center for Combating Extremism, also known as Center E, detained 15-year-old Sevastyan Sultanov. The following day, police searched his home. Authorities allege that Sultanov painted graffiti along the Voznesensky Tract in Kazan.

On October 21, the Navalny Team channel published two photos of graffiti featuring Alexey Navalny’s name and the phrase "Putin is War and Poverty!" Activists claimed that this was a form of protest by headquarters volunteers. 7x7 identified outbuildings on the Voznesensky Tract that resembled the location in the photos.
