On March 5 police detained a drone operator Ivan Kolobanov during protest picket in Ukhta. According to correspondent of «7x7», Ivan shot picket against abolition of the law № 144 of the Republic of Komi, limiting compensations for child day care centers.
A police officer, who ordered to detain Kolobanov, refused to show correspondent of «7x7» his breast badge, explaining that he was a "head", and said that the detention was carried out on the instructions of the Federal Security Service (FSB).
Kolobanov was taken to the police department for the written explanation.
In 2016, journalist of «7x7» Komi editorial office Vladimir Prokushev was fined with 4.5 thousand rubles for drone shooting of "Lukoil" oil spill under Usinsk.
