Two citizens of Germany, who came to Murmansk for a series of workshops, reported that they were arrested near the shopping center "Volna" and taken to the Department of the Federal Migration Service on Dzerzhinskogo, 5.
It wasn’t the first meeting of the German guests with the FMS staff. A few days ago, they came to check the "Nature and Youth" organization's office, but they were denied in virtue of the absence of a document for inspection.
Reasons of detention are yet unknown. Human rights activists and members of the non-governmental organization, arrived to the Department of the Federal Migration Service, are kept out of the building. But yesterday the chief of the department of immigration control of the FMS Mikhail Shlapak told NA B-port that violations weren't detected during unscheduled on-site inspections of places of foreigners’ stay.
Let us recall that when the FMS members were leaving the office of "Nature and Youth", they promised to court troubles for the organization.
