Green ribbons
A flash mob with green ribbons was an initiative of Russian activists. People who wear green ribbons and distribute them around the city are being held liable for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. For example, on April 2, activist Svetlana Marina was detained in Kirov for wearing a green ribbon on her backpack.
