Rostransnadzor enjoined CJSC "Ryazan Oil Refining Company" (a sub-company of "Rosneft") from working with the rail tank wagons up to remedy of defaults in the field of transport safety. Experts have revealed gross violations on RORC endangering traffic and operation of railway transport. ITAR–TASS reports.
On the territory of the refinery there were recently two accidents: on February 12 and 17. In the former case wagons with oil derailed and broke into flames. In the second — empty tank wagons.
Management of RORC tried to accuse railroad men of the incident, but these claims turned out to be indefensible.
Note that the refinery is also criticized for emissions with an excess of hydrogen sulfide. Maximum permissible concentration in the air nearby residential areas is in excess over 10-16 times. "Rosneft" is in no haste to reconstruct disposal facilities.
