On January 3, the Yakutsk City Court fined Club Number One 250,000 rubles for disturbing public order, in accordance with Article 20.2.2 of the Russian Administrative Code, the press service of Yakutia's courts reported.

The court stated that the club’s management "allowed the presence of naked individuals in a manner offensive to human dignity and engaged in the propaganda of non-traditional sexual relationships."

Representatives of Club Number One partially admitted their guilt but denied that the venue had "promoted non-traditional relationships."

Officials from Yakutsk City Hall filed a police report against the club on January 2, following the publication of photos from a party with transgender participants in a local anonymous Telegram channel. Security forces raided the club, detaining its manager, bartenders, and waitstaff.
