Nikolai Kuzmin from Pskov Oblast became the last deputy designated as a foreign agent to have his powers revoked. This occurred during a deputy meeting that Kuzmin covered on November 14.

The session of the Zavelichenskaya Volost Assembly in Pskov Oblast was held on November 14. Ten deputies voted in favor of revoking Nikolai Kuzmin’s mandate, one abstained, and Kuzmin himself voted against it.

The Ministry of Justice added Kuzmin to the foreign agent register in 2024, citing his alleged dissemination of messages from other foreign agents and his opposition to the war in Ukraine.

A day earlier, Anton Kartavin and Svetlana Kaverzina, Novosibirsk deputies designated as foreign agents, were also stripped of their powers ahead of schedule.

According to Sever.Realii, there are no longer any deputies in Russia listed as foreign agents. Their powers were either revoked, or their terms came to an end.
