Arkhangelsk police drew up a report on an unauthorized gathering involving the mayor and the governor. The court dismissed the case in early April, as noted by '7x7.'

On February 23, Arkhangelsk held a gathering and flower-laying ceremony in honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day. Among the participants were Arkhangelsk Oblast Governor Alexander Tsybulsky, Arkhangelsk Mayor Dmitry Morev, the metropolitan, and military personnel.

The police filed a report for holding a public event without notifying the city hall. Yana Yakovleva, a public relations specialist of the 'Patriot' center, was named as the defendant. However, our journalists noted that in early April the case was dismissed due to its 'low significance.'

In December 2022, a court in Arkhangelsk fined Lyudmila Alexandrova, a resident of Koryazhma, 20,000 rubles in a similar case. She took a photo with a poster against the construction of a garbage facility. Due to the picket, a juvenile officer interrogated Alexandrova’s 6-year-old granddaughter.
