Vladimir Mamayev, a resident of Murmansk, was arrested for 7 days for sharing Yulia Navalnaya’s video appeal. Violetta Grudina, the former head of Navalny Headquarters* in Murmansk, informed 7x7 that the court had reportedly found symbols of extremist organizations in the video.

On February 19, Vladimir Mamayev posted Yulia Navalnaya’s video titled 'I will continue Alexey Navalny’s work' on his VK page. Although he eventually deleted it, the police drew up a report on the display of symbols of extremist organizations.

The court announced its verdict on March 26. Quoting the court's statement to 7x7, former head of Navalny Headquarters* in Murmansk, Violetta Grudina, said, "The video displayed the face of the founder and leader of extremist organizations, which have since been liquidated, as well as a photo of his spouse."

In February, Yulia Navalnaya declared her intention to continue her late husband’s activities and accused Vladimir Putin of Alexey Navalny’s murder. Yulia urged all Russians to 'come together as one powerful fist to strike against the regime that has gone mad.'
