A mobilized father of three, whom the Krasnoyarsk governor had promised to bring home, has died. “Vzglyad.Info” publication (vzinfo.ru) reported his death on September 21.

Denis Slyusarev was mobilized from Minusinsk on September 26, 2022. By then he had two children, the third son was born during his service, six months ago. His father has never met him, according to the publication.

Slyusarev's wife, Victoria, has been making efforts to bring her husband back throughout the year he was away. She has appealed to the Ministry of Defense, Putin's office, previous governor Alexander Uss, and the current regional head, Mikhail Kotyukov. With the latter, she has had two personal meetings during which Kotyukov promised to help the woman bring her husband home.

Denis Slyusarev died on September 14 in a bombing, presumably in Zaporozhye.


In the Krasnodar region, a woman has been trying to get her mobilized husband back home for a year. Alexey Abramov suffers from a severe spinal injury, despite which his commanders have tried several times to deploy him to the front line.
