The Belgorod and Kirov barcamps were supposed to start on July 10, but the organizers decided to postpone them to a later date due to the coronavirus restrictions. This year, the only barcamp was held in the Agriculture_club Art Space's fan zone in Petrozavodsk on June 26. The number of participants was limited by health and safety regulations, but everyone could join the barcamp online. 7x7 publishes a photo report about it.

The main topic of the lectures and discussions at the barcamp was "We are all media". Journalist Ivan Golunov, author Lyudmila Ulitskaya, Novaya Gazeta’s deputy editor-in-chief and the Free University’s co-founder Kirill Martynov, psychiatrist Viktor Lebedev, and other specialists were the speakers. They spoke about how to launch a podcast about society or create a blog in TikTok, how to stay sane reading the news, and also discussed how journalists should work in modern Russia.
