With regular intervals — not that often — there is a cry in the yard: "Photographers, journalists should come! Let's gather!". After appearance of a fence, which looked like a hoarding, in the courtyard formed by houses №16, 18 and 20 on Tereshkova street, the locals decided it was time to act: phoned municipal and national media and reported that they organize a perpetual vigil, a rally (call it what you want) to protest the start of construction at the yard. Appeared fence that carefully blocks the entrance to the new, conveniently located playground confirms the fact that construction is possible.

That's what the locals have reported: the hearings, held in late August, canceled work on the adjoining areas of houses №18 and 20. Now, in fact, the territories are not formed in accordance with the requirements of land legislation. Village administration is not entitled to dispose of the land, which is located in the center of the courtyard till the moment land under houses would be formed.

By law, the definition of the boundaries of these areas should be subjected to the public hearing.

According to residents, representatives of the construction company to install a fence no longer appeared. One of the officials came to communicate with people of the district administration ("Plotnikov’s deputy"). Apparently, this visit didn’t make certainty in resolving the situation. People find their duty by the fire and talking to the press at the fence of the alleged construction of three houses on Tereshkova street (the total number of apartments exceeds 300) termless and priority.

Their goal is the elimination of the fence and compliance of procedures set by a court decision.

The purpose of the builders is not entirely clear, but residents believe that in the near future there may be an attempt to set the construction equipment and to start dismantling the playground. It was planned to build an apartment building here.

In the near future inhabitants of three houses will resort to legal forms of protest. In the area adjacent to the house, they will hold a meeting, and next week — a picket.
