According to "Komsomolskaya Pravda": Serebryanikov along with the lawyer and the accompanying investigator spent an hour in the walls of the psychiatric clinic, waiting for his turn.

Doctors had to establish whether Alexander suffering from any chronic or temporary psychological disorder, as well as whether he is exposed to "extreme emotional disturbance". However, Alexander, protecting his own rights, refused to participate in this procedure. According to "Komsomolskaya Pravda", to refuse the passing of a psychiatric examination he didn’t even have to sign any documents. He just told the people in white coats that he won’t do it.
